Help me prep for an in-home replacement consultation.
Lead notes: [from tech/CSR: system type, age, problem, repair quote]
Homeowner concerns: [cost, comfort upstairs, noise, efficiency, allergies]
Home: [size, stories, age, ductwork notes]
Our options: [equipment lines we sell]
Give me: questions to ask, what to inspect (ducts, electrical, venting, drain, line set), likely options to bring, and how to open the visit.
Before / after
Before: Walking in and asking the same questions the tech already asked.
After (example output):
Open: ‘Marco told me the upstairs never cools and the repair was about $2,400. Did I get that right?’ Inspect: return air size (likely undersized for 3-ton), attic ducts, line set reuse. Bring: 2 single-stage and 1 variable-speed option.
Tips
- Read the tech’s notes before you go. Customers notice.
- Use your price book and real equipment data. The AI doesn’t know your prices or what’s in stock.
- Present, don’t push. The homeowner decides.
- Review every draft before you send it. You’re accountable for what goes out.
