Most AI advice is written for programmers and marketers at big companies. This site is for HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops: the owner doing the numbers on Sunday night, the office manager chasing a past-due invoice, the CSR with four no-heat calls on hold, the tech explaining a $2,400 repair at the kitchen table, the install crew in a 130° attic.

Every workflow is filed by where you sit (run the shop, book and do the work, or sell and install) and built the same way: when to use it, a copy-paste prompt with [bracketed placeholders], a before/after example, and a few tips from the field. It works alongside ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber or whatever you run. It won't diagnose the unit or set your prices. It writes the text, the script, the ad and the first draft so you can get back to the work.

Shop rules

  1. 01Time-saved numbers are estimates. Your mileage will vary, and we won't pretend otherwise.
  2. 02Every workflow lists what you should never paste: customer addresses and phone numbers, gate and lockbox codes, card numbers, employee pay, financing applications. Read the caution label.
  3. 03Your price book, your numbers, your readings. The AI doesn't know your prices or what's wrong with the unit, so check every number against the real source.
  4. 04AI drafts. You sign off. You're accountable for anything that goes out under your name.
