Found: [what you found, readings if useful]

Before / after
Before: ‘Replaced cap. Unit running.’
After (example output):
Your AC wasn’t cooling because the capacitor (a part that helps the motors start) had failed. We replaced it and the system is now cooling normally: 18° temperature drop at the vents. Recommended: the outdoor coil is dirty; a cleaning will help efficiency.
Tips
- A good summary cuts ‘what did I pay for?’ calls.
- Give the AI your readings and findings. It writes better than it diagnoses.
- You’re the tech. If the AI’s answer doesn’t match what you see, trust what you see.
- Review every draft before you send it. You’re accountable for what goes out.
